I have been riding for two years now. I took the riders training course to better my riding skills. I can honestly say that when I drive my car now, I am more aware of motorcyclist on the roads. It’s really hard for anyone that doesn’t ride to know what we are talking about. BE SAFE!

But I think is more dangerous some idiots like the cage driver, you could be the best driver ever but if you fine a guy like this… there is nothing you can do… I live in Europe where people are changing their cars to bikes and now we are having a lot of tv and radio campaigns to help people to respect motorcycle drivers, there a lot of accidents related to this.

My opinion is that bikes are only dangerous when you don’t know how to ride one, and dangerous when you have all the idiots out there driving cars, that don’t give a damn about whether you live or die. Since my wreck, I have avoided several close calls with cages, due to my years of experience riding a bike. If you know how to ride, like Eric LED said, you can avoid the close calls and continue to ride safely. There are those that are unavoidable like my wreck two years ago, but that was the first in forty years of riding, so I had a pretty good record until then. The public just needs to be aware of us and share the road with us, and give bikers the respect that we deserve! Ride free……………

Well, I have always thought riding bikes are very dangerous when you are on the road. It can be more so dangerous when people are not properly protected.
